Citigroup says being investigated in Germany over dividend trades

FRANKFURT, March 22 (Reuters) - Citigroup is being

investigated by German tax authorities over an equity trading

strategy known as "cum-ex" or "dividend stripping," the U.S.

bank said on Tuesday.
