UPDATE 1-Kentucky sues Volkswagen over diesel emissions cheating

March 22 (Reuters) - Kentucky sued Volkswagen AG and its

luxury units on Tuesday claiming the German automaker's diesel

emissions cheating scheme violated the state's Consumer

Protection Act.
