Essar Steel Minnesota files for chapter 11 bankruptcy

July 8 (Reuters) - Essar Steel Minnesota LLC, a

U.S. affiliate of India's shipping, natural resources and power

conglomerate Essar Global Group, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy

protection on Friday.
