UPDATE 2-UK Stocks-Factors to watch on July 12

July 12 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening down 10

points, or 0.1 percent lower, according to financial bookmakers, with futures

down 0.13 percent ahead of the cash market open.
